Yea, but us as the consumers should demand more support than we are getting. This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen for support. They make good stuff but then you need to find some support group to answer your questions. This is the second time I got bit,,the first was for the Sony Peg-UX50 PDA which was the fancy PDA that looked like a micro laptop. Paid 600 bucks for that in 2003. Great concept, battery life was awful and where was Sony to answer questions,,in la la land.

Well this time I am not giving up. I love my Mylo and I have 4 of them, 2 Mylo 1's and 2 Mylo 2's. The more we just sit by and let them get away with this all the time, the more they will do it. I will be placing my traditional call in another week and get it escalated up to get some answers, even if it goes nowhere. You have a right to answers because you are the most important people in that company,,the customer! Like they said in the movie the "Right Stuff", "No bucks, No Buck Rogers"!

The next stop is to go with publicizing this and getting it out there just generally about the lack of company support with their products. I keep saying that Sony needs to take note of the negative publicity that Toyota is having and understand that the customers will only take so much.
